has anyone got any?

i'm asking now cos i'm going on holiday tomorrow (have i mentioned that before?... :tongue: ) and i wanted to start at least one more silly thread before i go.

so what are you going to do next year?
what did you say last year + did you keep it?

Last year my resolution would be to work hard and I kept it :biggrin:

This year...
1. go as many different places as possible - explore.
2. Have fun, enjoy myself and try out new things
3.Study hard, and be nice, nicer than I am :tongue:

I know I have a few, what can I say? I'm ambitious.

to not spend more than £180 on a pair of trainers.
go out only once a week.
be friendly to the chuggers.

mine are:

go out less (like not every week)
stop being late for work
do all my college work on time
stop eating rubbish
lose a stone
go the gym more (it's costing me a bomb + i only go every couple of weeks)
drink less (til i'm 18 anyway)
stop having bad hair days
give up guys (honest...)
stop buying shoes i will not wear and cannot walk in
stop buying clothes i don't need
spend less time on the internet
spend less time on the phone
stop rambling on internet forums...

they were probably very similar last year, and i won't have kept any...

I had go back to uni, and pass my driving test. I did those.

I didnt manage not to bite my nails I think I only kept that up for about a week

Mine are:

Cut down on my smoking (to under 30 a day anyway :wink: )
Move out in Janurary (whaaahoooo)
Use public transport more instead of my car
Go to the gym more often (like at least twice next year lol)
Put on a stone in weight (as muscle hopefully lol)
Take up Yoga

Mine resolution:

Do the work set on time.

(often made when I am up working at a project at 4am in the morning and dreading not finishing it and also high on caffine tablets)
I resolve to improve my change-up, maybe put a little break on it, yeah that'll do..................
To stop being a lazy arse and start working hard.

Mine are go out twice a month instead of 4-5 times
Eat less junk
Spend less time on the internet

Mine are:
1. To lose a stone
2. To stop talking about myself so much!
3. To do well in my exams
Pretty much the same as last yr really!
i always break these really early every year:

1. Read the classics
2. Stop watching predictable teen movies
3. Stop eating junk food all the time
4. Write down all my friends birthdays in a little book
5. Stop obsessing about things that i can't control

-eat less chocolate

New years resolutions 2003....
1) Quit smoking (see this years list)
2) Never drink Vodka again (still won't touch the stuff)
3) Obeidience train my dogs (the german shepherd chases his tail on
command)

New years resolutions 2004...
1) Quit smoking
2) loose 10 lbs (from holliday overeating)
3) spend less time on UKL (and more on studies)

Hmm I think it was as good as last years, but then again, i didn't think very much of last year's episode :biggrin:

Some bits of it were really funny, but the whole plot seemed a bit too contrived. But trigger was hilarious, especially with the chopsticks. :smile:
