Ok I hav just read this book on holiday; but being in the sun sand and sea i was rather distracted and got a bit confused in the epilogue.
So David Meredith died. But who killed him? I assumed it was Pius Mulvey, but then the epilogue by dixon confused me as to whether or not this was true or not. hmm. could someone clear this up for me?
