Yep and also financial advice. I think you will also get quite a thick letter if you're in the pool (that's what happened to my brother last year anyway).

Is this medicine at Clare? I was considering applying there but preferred Oxford in the end Good luck anyway, medicine at both unis is a fantastic course !

No1 else from my school is going 4 cambridge (I was the only 1 who resisted being pushed 2 oxford) so its nice 2 find out what people in the same situation as me r thinking.

I've tried to convince myself I'm gonna get rejected and that I don't care.... But its not working.

Yeah, i think lots of us are trying to convince ourselves of the same thing.....but the fact is we care a hell of a lot otherwise we wouldnt have applied and we wouldnt be here discussing it now!!!!!

I'm applying for Law at Magdalene
The other oxbridge candidates were pushed towards oxford because we have some links with some of the colleges. It was the only one of the two we took a trip to! My school also told me not to apply for my subject - as its competitive. My headmaster said I should apply for Physics at St Catherine's Oxford (I don't even do Physics A2). It's nice to know your school's behind you!

Yeah, they told me to plan a gap year as I probably wouldn't get any offers. I've got two, but haven't told them yet.

I'd really like to get in to prove to my school that you can get in to study law at a good uni!

Yep, only Durham and Cambridge haven't replied yet. Durham doesn't get very many Theology applicants anyway, so I wonder what's taking so long. My second choice is Edinburgh though.
