Of course it makes a difference, you've still got a good chance of getting in!
Pooled means they think your cambridge standard just that there might have been lots of exceptional applicants. You have a wonderful chance of being picked up out the pool.

Huge difference! Pooled clare applicants are among the first to be looked at because they are considered to be really strong applicants. Best of luck, sorry it couldn't have been better news but don't give up hope

To those who got pooled, don't give up yet! Come on. Lots of people still get in after being pooled. Just relax... Think about those people who did get final rejections and don't get another chance.

If emmanuel send out the same letters, then I can tell you now that even if you are accepted your letter will be so thin that it will apparently disappear when viewed from the side!

Yeah Adhsur, philosophy is a really good subject to be pooled for; not too much competition i'd imagine.

time isn't the indicator for rejection it just means your post takes longer... depends where you live

Not at all! No news is better than bad news - just be patient and good luck
!my letter said 'AAA out of English, German, History and Music'. Does this mean I still have to do four A2s, or could I just do three A2s and get As in them. I was predicted 4 As at A2. Could I get two As and 2 Bs? I don't want to work you see I am lazy.
