u use standard error and 95% confidence i hope im not too late replying
You can use standard error with more than one variation of the variable?

I asked my teacher today and she said you couldn't. I called ******** since I do stats and only being able to measure something at 12 and 24 celsius seems like a pretty poor range of values.

I seriously doubt many people thought of doing enough samples to use X2X^2, which is why SE made the most sense to me too.
Wouldn't spearmans rank work?
Rank the conc. of solution and measurements?
It depends which aspect you decided to measure.

One of them it will be appropriate for, the other it won't.

Should be pretty obvious.
