It suits some people, but on others it looks a bit silly. Depends on your natural colouring, to an extent.

Yeah, think a light tan looks good, more attractive.

Nothing fake, or nothing too dark though imo.

Reply 3

rarely does it ever make a girl look more attractive in my opinion.

Reply 4

No, I think being pale can be as attractive as having a natural tan.

Reply 5

Generally, people who tan naturally look good with tanned skin.

I'm kinda unfortunate in that my naturally tanned skin looks like the world's worst fake tan.

Reply 6

I think so, I miss my tan :frown:. Granted not the orange-fake look.

Reply 7

Yes. A slight/adequate tan is attractive. People overdo it though, but in general a tan is attractive.

Getting the post- gap year blues at the moment! Been looking back at photos and miss the novelty of being tanned but hey life goes on. But the question, do you think having a tan (no fake stuff) makes someone more desirable or attractive?

On some people, yes. On others, no.

Reply 9

I think it does.

Reply 10

Depends on the individual. Though I think layering the tan on too much just makes you look like an Orange.

Reply 11

I think it does benefit some people - I like it when I have a slight tan because it suits me and somehow evens out my skin tone making it look better/nicer

Reply 12

I think you look better without a tan but not much different.
I look like an idiot with a tan and to get brown I would have to spend HOURS in the sun. I'm one of those people who goes pink, then red, then freckles. Even a month in Asia last summer didn't make any difference.
And a dark tan is just ridiculous on people who are naturally pale

Reply 13

It really depends, on some people it isn't even a factor, but for others their natural tan or natural paleness is part of what makes them appear attractive.

Reply 14

I think some people look absolutely amazing with pale skin. I think a tan just tends to make people look at bit healthier.

I use fake tan because I actually go yellow in winter! Due to my olive colouring. Also I'm ridiculously paranoid about getting skin cancer and premature aging so I tend to avoid the sun.

As long as you don't do a Zac Efron on it a tan is nice

Reply 17

yes as long as its a healthy glow rather than orange

Reply 18

personally i think having a tan dosnt really add anything. on a lot of people i think they look worse. natural skin is best imo.

Very unattractive.
