    Case closed! :tsr:
Whether I would or would not have chosen to go to LSE had I have been given a place is irrelavent (and impossible to ascertain).
I will not get AAA, so LSE are beyond my reach. :p:

Wait. I just admitted to failure.
This is like a flying pig!

LSE and Imperial aren't even close to Oxbridge... well maybe Oxford cus they suck.

UCL doesn't even get a look in.
    UCL is multifaculty.
LSE and Imperial are specialist institutions.
UCL can be compared to Oxbridge.
    LSE and Imperial cant.
UCL gets a look in, regardless of how close you think they are.
    LSE and Imperial dont.

Imperial is the best. Cambridge is only good if you go to a good college, if you go to a poor ****** one why bother? Imperial spends more on electricity than most other universities' funding, I heard somewhere. It has all the money. LSE has all the political legends and has to be highly regarded. UCL gave us Ross and Coldplay. Oxbridge gave us the worthies who wear blazers to civil service meetings so who cares? In conclusion LSE or Imperial, obviously you have to be quite stupid to do social science() so Imperial just pips it at the post because of its geeky subjects.

That is the first time I have heard the amount of electricity produced as a sign of how good a university is.

King's is probably one of the best places for a prospective Lawyer.

Did I just agree with you there?

But it's not that cool. That's just my opinion...

used, not produced. Well I mean electricity is a resource, it has lots of money for resources which obviously makes the educational experience good. They're rich and put it into the education.

In which case we all should have applied to American unis.
Even mediocre ones by american standards are far richer than our ones!

So e should all go to our local uni?

I think I have demonstrated that not one single factor can determine greatness, or whether a uni is appropriate for you.
    This is all subjective.
thus we should not bother arguing too much on something so trivial.
Instead we should resort to name calling and insults!

I don't think you have and going to the local uni to save money is different to staying in the country to study because going local saves thousands but staying in the country will save tens of thousands, two different kettles of fish. The electricity thing was an indicator of the greatness of Imperial.

I would like to point out the answer to the thread starter's question was answered by Priya so there is no need to debate this any more.
