Jose, Arsene and Alex are automatically disqualified
Why? Arsene is a pretty genuine guy and clearly acknowledges when his team have played poorly (which unfortunately seems to be the norm these days), unlike some of them. Ferguson, for example rarely makes appearances these days and prefers to send one of his minions instead to face the media.

I always think Rafa Benitez looks like a Maths teacher. Dunno why, he just has that aura about him.

It aint exactly the best way to judge a manager by their TV interviews

The Portugal international said last year: "He's the best coach I've worked under.

"He became more of a friend than a boss and I've never seen that kind of closeness from another coach in all the years I've been a footballer."

Steve Bruce. In the past, Claudio Raneiri was much liked by fans from not just Chelsea in the Premiership.

    Ranieri was a legend!

Martin Jol is most humourous and Alan Curbishley is quite mild mannered.

ther is only one team that can win it and thats brasil.

    their miles above everyone else.

just watching them play you can see that their on a different level.

i remember watching them aginst greece over the summer and they just plowed over them and it wasnt even their best team.
    ok youll say whats greece?

well greece is the european champion. and the fact that they wone it shows that the european teams at least are more or less on the same level footballwise

The Czechs won all of their matchs up the semi-final in Euro 2004 while Baros was the top scorer in the competition and were highest scoring team in the World Cup qualifiers, from a group which contained Holland.

These facts speak louder than your questionable opinion.
euro 2004 was 2 years ago. Its irrelevant what they did in euro 2004 since the team is getting older and a lot of the star players from that team are past it or out of form. I mean they got to the final of euro 96, but then didnt even qualify for WC 98. Greece won euro 2004 yet they didnt even qualify for the WC. Euro 2004 has little bearing on who's gonna be doing well at the WC. Most of the teams have changed since then.

You dont seem to understand the concept of football. You can score as many goals as you want but it is winning the matches that count. The czechs got their arses kicked by Holland, twice and only just scraped through in the group. They also lost to Romania/finaldn (can't remeber which one). The fact that they scored tons of goals against the likes of macedonia, armenia and andorra does not mean they are world beaters.

greece didnt even qualify for the WC - thats how crap they are.

Brazil are the best team attacking wise but are far from unbeatable.

    OK, I've not watched much top level football (in terms of actually going to the matches), but I've seen a fair bit of lower league football, and these are the people that have stood out in terms of being much better than the opposition/their team-mates;

David Farrell at Peterborough a few years back, tricky winger who rang rings round the defence
Junior Agogo at Bristol Rovers - a class above the rest
Stuart Campbell, again at Rovers - you could tell he'd played at a higher level, he was so much more comfortable on the ball than any of the other players.
Freddie Eastwood for Southend - always looked dangerous against us.

    Pompski!

Hey, why would Redknapp fear his job? You can't "buy" a great manager, really.
