Rafa said it's between Traore and Agger.. If Traore didn't have a chance, Rafa wouldn't have mentioned him

^ Well that was with home advantage - "They created a host of good chances with 10 men" It does make a difference.

Score 3 at the Nou camp without conceding? Or even 2? I highly doubt it..

    Just seen in then..
Rafael Benitez has admitted he must choose between Daniel Agger and Djimi Traore to fill Jamie Carragher's shoes against Manchester City on Sunday.
Carragher will sit out the clash with Stuart Pearce's men after collecting five bookings this season and earning an automatic one game ban.

Danish new boy Agger has recovered from a minor injury and is fit to play while Traore also gives Benitez another option.

"Both players are training hard and playing well so it's a difficult decision to pick one of them to partner Sami," he said.

"I have confidence in either of them doing the job though. Carra is a big player for us but I am sure the team we pick will be good enough to get the three points."

Benitez also confirmed Robbie Fowler won't be involved this weekend because of an agreement made with City following the striker's switch last month.

"City were very helpful to us in organising the transfer of Robbie and so we came to an understanding with them that Robbie won't play in this game," added the Reds' boss.

    Don't believe he supported Liverpool.
Yeah, well he did. Alot of people his age probably did when they were kids.
Being Leeds through and through didn't stop him going to Man United, why would it stop him having a soft spot for Liverpool.

    Also:
I was telling alot of people after seeing the game that a broken leg wouldn't phase him in the slighest, he'd be willing to go out and play with that cast on if he could get away with.

See, smiling and everything. Mountains and molehills, eh.

Shame he crossed over to the dark side...

I'd rather we had commentators like those Argentinian and Brazilian ones who start singing and shouting to some old men who can't even read properly. I say we get Jon Kabira off Winning Eleven to do some for us

Excellent defensive football... We played back to the wall football for close on the whole game. But still, your superstar team couldnt get past them, or the 40,000 screaming scousers. It was an excellent defensive play.

Gone on to win it? Hahahaha! 3 goals in 6 games was it? Dont Kid yourself that you would of won the champions league, you played woefully all campaign.
Don't be silly.............we're mighty Man United. Ruud Van Nistelrooy's scoring record in the CL.......................NUFF SAID.
