I hope it's Pompey, and for the first time since... October I have a realistic hope that we can stay up. If results all go according to plan we will stay up, but how often do results go to plan?

    Who cares?!

I don't understand how some people are able to give a toss about players who play for obscure foreign teams. Some of you even "support" those teams!

Why don't you go along to a real football match and enjoy the atmosphere rather than watch it on telly and read about it on the internet?

    Rant over!

What the hell are you talking about mate. Its just a simple little thread about your dream team.
I go to maybe 12-18 liverpool games a season, and i dont need some internet thug mouthing off telling me to go and enjoy an atmopshere that i know full well about.
If you dont like it, stay out the thread.

I also hope Pompey can stay up. My dad and sister are Pompey fans, so it'd be a happier summer at home

I also hope Brighton can stay up, but it is looking ever more doubtful

Surely Sheffield are an entirely different team? I only know that because they play in the same league as my local team (or used to, anyway). Aren't they the oldest club in the country or something?

EDIT: They are an' all; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheffield_FC
oldest club in the world apparently. Or at least thats what i have been told

Pompey will stay up, not only do they have a much easier run in, but they have started a run now - away from home! I cant see them losing any games at Fratton Park now and quite worryingly we still have to play them there...

Arsenal - they've been quite solid in the competition so far, altough they are yet to come up against a defensively sound team I think they have the attacking threat to score 1 more goal than the opposition. I'd have to back the Gunners being an Arsenal fan.

BTW, I can't believe not many people are backing Barcelona on this thread...
thats because theyre gonna lose to Benfica.
