Win XP....you know something's wrong with windows when it doesn't crash at least once in a day! (never crashes when you go on a *microsoft* website or game...hmmm conspiracy)

What happens if you have more than one computer with more than one type of operating system. And does Windows 2003 server count as OS?

Only when I'm developing it lol. It's not quite at the useable stage yet unfortunately. I'm currently working on the task/memory manager, so once that's finished it should be useable in theory! I also have someone I met at IC working on a basic filesystem service, so it's coming along...

The poll supports more than one selection.

Yes Windows 2003 Server is an O/S. I will attempt to add Windows Server O/Ss to the poll, but I didn't think anyone here would have a reason (nor the cash) to acquire one!

I've tried a lot of them operating systems and to be honest, I didn't like them. Windows XP is my favourite.

LOL, I hope so, but I doubt it. Bill Gates filled a market hole when he developed Windows, but now there's no such hole which is fillable by one lone person working on an O/S like I'm doing (and he did). You'd need a very large team and heap loads of cash to even come close to rivaling Windows (however many problems it may have). I write my O/S purely to learn and for my own pleasure; I don't intend to make any money off of it! In fact, I plan on making it open-source in the relatively near future, so watch this space!
