if it's any consolation, i got in and now i don't want to be there! the only other person i know going to sheffield has been put in "the foooorrge" instead of the place they wanted to go so now they're miles away from me. i'm ringing services tomorrow morning sharpish to see if i can be moved. arse.

the same happened to my bf last year...he ended up all aloooooonneee *cue violins*

They said to me too that I can move 10th September, I'll be moving 15th September, though. I'll be living in flat 10, don't know how far is that from flat 8? :confused:

not far at all, its probably on the same block! Endcliffe vale flats only supports 120ish people! so its not really that big tbh! its very cool though

Ill be doing Japanese and Spanish over at the Arts tower, so its a nice bike ride up the massive hill lol :biggrin:

I'm going to be moving in on the 16th I think, possibly 15th depending on how soon I want to get out of this house!

Anyone going in on the 10th? My contract states that the room is avaliable on the 10th from 3pm so i was thinking to go in then and settle in. Im really looking forward to it!

Nope ill be going on the 16th I think! uni registration is on the 17th onwards so might as well the night before! Unless im feeling a bit crazy, I may come along on the 15th. I'll give you a knock when im there and say ello :smile:

I'll be moving in Thursday 15th around midday with a bit of luck. If you see a guy with long brown hair dragging boxes around outside on that day, You'll know its me, so come say hello and help out :P Hope to see you all there :cool:

^My plain will be in Manchester at 3pm, so I think I'll be there around 5pm or 6 pm. So if you see me carrying a heavy luggage, come to say hello for me. :smile:

Too bad sorby hall reception (where we have to collect our keys) is closing 5pm and I'm not sure if I'll make it there before that. But they said that I'll have to go there and talk to portier, he'll give me my keys.. Hopefully he will. :redface:

to be honest, im taking everything ill need bar a toaster and kettle with the hope someone else will bring one :P. Ill toast my bread on the grill if i have to! ive bought knives, pans, kitchen bits n bobs etc im coming pretty well prepared cause i love to cook.

ill cook us some meals if you like, as long as you chip in for the ingredients :P

I'm arriving on Saturday. Might be quite late though cos my mum doesn't get in til late on friday night, mening she don't want to get up too early on saturday to take me up. Oh well.

And i'm very excited. I've been building up to this for the last two years, so i really can't wait. But, i'm also extremely nervous. I'm quite a quiet person, so I reckon i'll struggle to settle in at first. I'm normally alright in the end though.
