i'm goin out of my mind lookin for my passport. i had it in my bag the other when i went to apply for my provisional and when i came back i *think* i took it out and put it somewhere safe cos i was goin to a restaurant and didnt want to lose it. ironically i now cant find it.I have looked everywhere and its just gone. either i put it somewhere soooooooo safe that i cant find the place or even remember it or i lost it when i went to the restaurant. if i have lost it then that means i cant apply for my provisional any time soon which is bad cos apparently if u havent got your full driving lesson by dec 2005 than you have to wait till ur 21. aaaaaarrrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhh h!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't want to worry you, but if you lost it while out in public, it could well be stolen.

Whatever has happened, if you don't find it soon, you must report it as lost.

Sold on the black market to be doctored and used as a fake passport, or for identity theft.

Don't worry too much, if you report it as lost quickly, it helps stop that, somehow.

However, if it then turned up,it wouldn't be valid, and you'd have to send it to have the corners cut.

If you have lost it you can get an emergency one, I am not sure where you get it from where you but I think it might be Liverpool UK wide.

PS That is if its emergency, as you can get them much quicker than you can by post but I think you pay more.

Go to a larger post office and get a lost passport form.
