hi, I was wondering if anybody could shed any light? Is the CEF form recieved by post to you on the 18th? So on the way to pick up your results you fate could already be sealed by spotting the postman carrying this form?? Please help!!!!!! laura.x

Our school wrote to us saying UCAS would be slightly different this year in that unis would start sending their letters of acceptance/rejection on the 17th - ie you could receive it on the morning of the 18th, before you even know what you have. It's meant to be so if you haven't quite got the grades you know sooner if you still get your place.
However, they did stress that you may get no letter at all, it's just unis can start sending them to arrive on results day. I have no idea about CEF forms though, I'd imagine these could be the same? Maybe not though as unis do take up to a week to make their decisions sometimes.
I think it's a bit rubbish as upon arriving to pick up your results, some people will know they've met their offer or not. Imagine going in knowing you hadn't got in anywhere!

CEF forms wont be posted by UCAS until the 18th - the earliest you can get them (if you're waiting for results) is Friday 19th
