# GCSE Maths Edexcel Grade Boundary Predictions. watch

1. Post your predictions for the grade boundaries for GCSE Maths (Edexcel).
2. i think they'll be higher than last years papers. i think for an A*it might be:
85% - A*
3. What about for an A, B and a C then?
4. A - approx 75%
B - approx 62%
C - approx 48%

sorry i cant be specific
5. Considering an A last year was 45%, I doubt it would increase by 30%.
6. last year was 45% A*???? it might not increase by 30% but it was a lot easier than last years papers. it might be around 70 - 80% for an A*
7. No! An A was 45%, A* was 61%.
8. SORRY, SORRY, SORRY A will probably be around 50 - 60%
9. No need to say sorry. Just trying to make myself clear. Sorry if I came across as agressive!
10. thanks
11. A* will be 73%
A will be 63%
B will be 52%
C will be 37%
12. Do these predictions include coursework? Or are they just for the 2 exams?
13. A* only 73%, i hope it is!!
14. A* will be 70%
A will be 60%
B will be 50%
etc.

(or very close to that +/- 2%)
15. Does anyone have an incline as to what the boundaries will be for AQA Maths?
16. i heard the AQA maths exams were hard
17. I thought that you're not told what the grade boundaries are, just your actual grade. But still, even though I did OCR maths, I'll guess the following
A* 71%
A 62%
B 51%
c 39%
18. (Original post by xx007)
i heard the AQA maths exams were hard
Whoever told you that was correct, they were very majorly hard! My hardest exam, even.
19. eek. The Edexcel one was far easier than expected by most of the higher tier candidates, I think.
20. A* was definitely not 45% last year; I got an A with 54%. I think last year it was something like 65%... so I'll guess:

A* - 65%
A - 48%
B - 35%
C - 18%
