Hey I know this may have been asked before, but does anyone know what universities will except instead of gcse maths only it says on most websites 'gcse or equivalent' and I am yet to find out what the equivalents are.
Anyone got any ideas?

Usually, this means non-England/Wales qualifications or O-Levels. If you're in England or Wales and have gained your GCSEs since 1990, just read as "GCSE maths".

Scottish Standard Grades would be one example of an "or equivalent" for GCSE. As Peacey says, if you've done GCSEs then you don't need to worry about it!
