    Guantanamo Bay

    People the law forgot

It is almost two years since the Guantanamo prison camp opened. Its purpose is to hold people seized in the 'war on terror' and defined by the Bush administration as enemy combatants - though many appear to have been bystanders to the conflict. Images of Camp Delta's orange-jumpsuited, manacled detainees have provoked international outrage. But the real horror they face isn't physical hardship, it is the threat of infinite confinement, without trial or access to legal representation.

I am! There isnt a single defence point against them. If DNA evidence has proved that they have done the crime, then they should be killed. Paying to keep them alive is wrong.

Why should we have to pay 15 pounds a month while he sits in prison getting it for free.. as well as 40 quid a week to pick out stuff from the argos catalogue! The punishment is not fitting the crime! And taxpayers are having to pay the price!

Agreed with anyone else that puts forward there is no excuse for rape, no means no, whether its male or female, all rapists should be castrated, no, make that hung, drawn and quartered.
