We will all exist as data files and therefore, able to appear anywhere. Those who arrive at our planet will be confused because we wouldn't be in a solid form.

Some really fast transport in the UK, like maglev trains. Also those trains which run in tunnels under the sea and have no air resistance so you can travel to America in like an hour.

Also I want to see the paperless and coinless society sometime soon. I thought singapore were trying out the coinless society, don't know if that took off or not. It's the most annoying thing having to carry around all those 2ps and 1ps in change you get.

I personally wouldn't want that. A society where every purchase was done electronically wouldn't be good in my opinion as everything you bought would be recorded by your bank.

I think we should all have a right to anonymity of purchase, we should always be able to, if we prefer, enter a shop, pay by cash and leave.

I think we are too paranoid. I personally like my bank. They let me spend £1000 of their money for no extra cost. Can't hate them for that.

That's fine, your choice. But should I not also have the choice to not have to involve my bank and have them record every single thing I buy?

whatever it is, i hope our technology doesnt get so advanced that we just become lazy b******s who just sit on the couch and have EVERYTHING done for us..... we might lose the ability to do normal things......

i mean, bluetooth is all very well and stuff, but it completely removes the human element to shopping, socialising, etc... why do u want ur fridge to do ur shopping for you?

oh, time travel would be nice (and complicated)

You are however recorded walking into most shops on CCTV. Which ever way you look at it, it already happens, you just don't notice it.

Are there any clever words which describe the type of society I am talking about, and about the society you describe?

    Adam

Oh yeah I'd just like to add I've never been one to support those Civil liberty groups. They talk so much crap. Cry about the tiniest of things and basically disagree just because they are expected to.
