Chest exercises...

I've been doing bench presses to increase the size of my chest muscles... I have noticed an increase in the size of my pecs but i have also put on some fat there so they are not totally muscle.

I do no want man boobs so should I start a regime of fat loss while doing chest toning exercises and not muscle building ones so as to maintain my muscle mass but reduce the fat on my body?

No such thing as a 'toning' exercise.

Go on a clean bulk, you can cut it off later. If you know you're body well it's possible to put muscle on at the same time as reducing your bf%. Stick with the pressing, add dips too.

I heard somewhere that girls like something (i.e boobs) being pressed back on them (its normally one way lol) when they hug someone......so man boobs aren't all that bad.......

Phwoar Zaara your beautiful, fancy hooking up?

Chest excercises you say, my current routine is this

flat db bench press
incline bb bench press
dips
cable cross overs / incline flyes

Also sort your diet out, your muscles wont grow if you dont give them food or enough rest. Growth happens outside the gym, not in the gym.

i need bigger pecks... i had them starting but i got ill and lost 1st of muscle in 10 days ... so its going to take another 5 months to put it back on. the only fat i have on me is a small bit on my belly which is annoying as it hides my abs :frown:

What diets or foods would be good for building me back up fast?

Thanks

You're hilarious.

Once you made that thread about insulting a fat person; 'I feel bad...[because i laughed at a fat person]'

Now you say the sames happening to you .... god help you.

Just realised, you've been banned, must have been harsh with all that neg rep.
Hope you're fat, obese and healthy now, serves you right.

Strange that, might be a personal prefference.
Technically, man's boobs are called 'moobs'.

errrrrrm no, you cant lose that much muscle in such a short space of time and you cant gain that much muscle in that timescale either. also, it takes about one year to gain roughly 10lbs of muscle (although there are alot of characteristics to this such as the persons lifestyle, diet, training instensity, recovery time, genetics etc) which is about 4 lbs shy of 1 stone.

if you cant see your abs, then you still have the average amount of fat as a young male. (think the bf average is about 16-21%). abs dont start to show until 13% or lower.

if you dont even know about what foods will help you build muscle, i suggest you better get to the library before even going back into the gym and training with weights. growth happens outside the gym, not in it.
