    Heeeelp!

The last couple of days I've noticed a really ichy red rash the insides of my legs near my knees. Haven't changed washing detergants or anything like that so I'm not sure what has caused it. It is all inflamed and itchy. Any suggestions to the cause?

It does sound a bit like heat rash. The symptoms shouldn't last more than a few days.
You should avoid putting thick creams (such as moisturiser) on it, these block the pores and can make it last longer.
If you need something to help the itching, put some Calamine lotion on it

    LOL.... I better panic then!

It's going away a bit. I put some cream on that is used for excema and other skin complaints.

    Thanks for the advice
