strathclyde accomodation!

right, i have a wee unconditional and will be definately going there in sept 10! BUT do i go for chancellors hall or james goold hall? as my first choice? because i want loads of parties and madness but i want an ensuite also (if not i'd definately go to birkbeck)
they are the same price and look basically the same apart from chancellors could be 3/4/5/6 and james goold could be 5/6/8 which i would prefer; is there something on the application form that i could specify that i want more people?
loads of questions but just gimme some/any advice. anyone living in either of them at the moment or planning to live there sept 10?

thanksssss
Chancellors and James Goold are practically the same, except Chancellors is slightly nicer and doesn't have bagpipe practice in August!
Go for James Goold if you want more people :P:
And don't think there is a way you can specify wanting more people, as the 5/6/8 is to do with how the flat is built :P:
I might be going to Strathclyde too
What have you got an offer for?

Chancellors is one of the better ones. Its right next to John Anderson (or James Weir... I can't remember, always get them confused, its the K building XD) and has a awesome archway XD They also have a lift inside. The living area is also nice, one of the flats I went to had 2 ovens etc. Not been inside a room. This year they also do have quite a few parties. But its all in walking distance to wherever the party is. Birkbeck is just down below and Forbes is beside and James Goold/Blyth etc and the other way.

Can't say much on James Goold though, except that its at the 'outskirts' of the halls where its situated.

Great minds think alike
Well they try put you with people who they think you will get along with, so if you put you're loud and friendly then I'm sure they'll put you with as many like minded people as possible
Well i'm one of two people in my year going :P:
A wee bit worried, but really excited! Can't wait to meet tonnes of new, vibrant people  gonna be brilliant!
I love Glasgow, everyone is so friendly and always seems to be something to do
And i live about 200miles away! haha
So yeah a good distance
Why did you choose Strathy? Where else did you get offers for?
