Ah good good.

Yep, I've enjoyed living in Ally Court. It's nicer just sharing with 5 others rather than sharing with 10 or so in the halls. There's good sound proofing too between your flat and other flats, though the walls between the individual rooms are paper thin.
It's also located in a nice wee secluded area. It's isn't that far away from the main buildings all together though. I woke up this morning at 8.30, had a shower, bit of breakfast and still made it to a 9am lecture lol.
It's a good plan to bring a bike though. Can make getting to class in a rush so much easier, and it shortens the journey to the Pathfoot building significantly.

Alexander court is most definitely nicer than any of the actual halls. The only perk of halls if you have a slightly easier time meeting more people.

I stayed in ASH (Andrew Stewart Halls) and loved it. I definatly think it doesnt matter too much about how bad the accomodation is. You get used to it very quickly, its more about the people you meet
