OK, I feel really stupid, but any suggestions on how I can calm down about my results over the next week? I am absolutely petrified about it!


mmm... now stress can be good somethimes. Makes you alert, gets you of your arse. But then stressing over something you can no longer change is bad.

I mean you could try just forgetting bout it- go out with your mates, go on holiday, get a job. Or you could try relaxing techniques like listening to muzic, baths, massages? Emmmmm you could try catching a very painful illness- I think that would have the desired effect!

I just heard John Darren (2ten FM radio station presenter) say "everyone getting their A-level results in the morning will be so stressed at the moment. They will probabley stay up over night. If I was in their place I would be pissing myself." Well that really is a great help mate- lol.
Get a massage.

I also recommend playing the drums/air guitar-ing to AC/DC and Led Zep.

I don't really think that rock music is that good for relaxing- it does waste alot of energy though.
