Clench your fists tight and then release them and stretch your fingers right out.
Raise/tense your shoulders and then shrug really heavily.
Breathe deeply.
Balance your head on your shoulders so it doesnt feel heavy or painful.
If you want to, scrunch your face up and then release it.

It really calms me down!

go outside and run REALLY quickly after a bus that is no where near a bus stop, trying your best to stop it, arms in the air and screaming. If successful, do a hop, skip and a jump and turn around and walk off like nothing actually happened. You'll feel all your problems slip away!™

NB: NOT ACTUALLY TESTED EVER (Will probs work though!)

Thanks everybody that has given advice
I'll need everything on this thread when uni starts (knowing me, I'm particularly bad at dealing with stress)!
