its quite reasuring that sum1 else from robinson hasnt heard yet as i dont know ne1 else that apllied there!

not only is the waiting driving me mad but ive already had 4 phone calls from nervous relatives this morning and loads of text messages from my friends over the last few days. each time i have to say "nope, not heard yet.... call back in a few days..." i should record it on my voicemail!!

i know tell me about it, although its better than saying i havn't got in, that will be so embarassing!
i applied to do music, i wonder whether any other robinson applicants have heard yet!
is it because they may have not made up their minds yet! umm!
neway if i dont hear on friday i think i may phone them and ask when they are planning to tell us! i cant stand all this not knowing, so then i can get on with my life!

My friend got his offer at 4pm on Dec 27 last year. Why is it so late this year? btw, I apply to do engineering. :confused:

i think the date changes slightly every year. i was just looking at the robinson website to see if there were any clues there and in the admissions faq section it said offers being recieved via post in the 1st week of january.

My friend received an offer from Robinson (for medicine) yesterday - perhaps it also depends on the subject? Also, the postal system here isn't 100% reliable so your letters will be coming your way anytime soon :wink:

The information was avaliable to my school HE advisor from oxbridge - she then told all of the applicants at my school not to bother colleges between some date in december until the 6th Jan.
