Did anyone do Politics on Edexcel? As from my school of everyone who did it only two got A's and the rest low B's and C's, including people expected to get high A's. I went from a mid A at AS to a low B, I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? I'm hoping there's been a problem with the marking...

I got a low C in A2 which was a B overall when combined with AS (446/600) and was predicted an A too. Congratulations on getting into your firm choice, unfortunately i missed both my firm offer and the insurance...ah well. Seems it's a lot harder to get marks in Politics A2 than I expected

yeh, i didn't find it difficult. I dunno, i'm not sure if it's dodgy marking or not- i should have really asked around.

I only did the Edexcel politics AS level this year.

I got an A in January and an A overall. I can't comment on the individual marks as I'l get those tomorrow...

Generally the marking seemed dodgey though, a lot of people fell a grade.

same here... (although i know my module marks)

i lot of people, although quite a few got A's, definitely dropped from getting considerably high A's, to very low A's... the marking seemed to be a lot tougher, and that's just comparing it to the way the January module was marked (where everyone bar two people got A grades!)
