Yes, personnaly I prefer shy girls that don't put up a hell of a show just to attract ones attention. From what I have found out, I have had more interesting conversations with shy girls, and get on better with them.

What's slutty got to do with being quiet? Trust me, totally unrelated. The quietest girls can be just as slutty... being loud and confident has nothing to do with libido and sexual preferences.

By 'slutty' I mean 'very flirtatious'. I'm not talking about libido and sexual preferences (although I suspect it would be more likely that my friend's over confident and loud girlfriend, who was attempting to cop a feel of my crotch last night, would be more likely to have shagged every person in the bar than the local librarian).

Shy girls as long as they aren't too selfless. I mean alot of really shy girls put everyone before themsleves and consider everyone more important and themselves inferior. This can be tiresome. But generally shy girls are my preferance

i got a freind who is shy but brilliant person to hang out with. alos got a friend who is extremely out going. like her too. i guess it depends on their personalities really not whether they are shy or not.
