rigght here my problem, basicaly its the fact that im quite overweight (size 16/18), im 17.
I just need some good tips, on how to lose it,
well i know the Basics, exercise, dont eat many fatty foods. Fair enough i do that, i do at least 50 sit ups a day, n im cleanin (its my part time job) for 4 hours a day (which burns alot of calories) but still, i dnt seem 2 be losing weight!! n its rly gettin me down, My boyfriends (2) havent cared about this, but i really do, it gets me rly down.
Plz if anyone is/has gone thru the same thing, or even if you know anythin about this kinda situation, plz give me some advice
