Ok then. I'll look out for one in the next few days. I just thought the AS12 letter would be the only acceptance letter.

Thanks G_S
I should imagine you'll get a 'welcome to xx university' letter plus most students unions send stuff out to tell you about freshers week events, etc.

Cool. What did the university acceptance letter say?

I received around 15 various booklets/leaflets from Durham in one pack!

I got a letter from Liverpool, and "further correspondance to follow".
At Swansea University, we got a letter welcoming us to the University, asking for passport photos to be sent to the University before we arrived so that they could produce our I.D. cards (NUS and Library card and University ID Card combined), and a big welcome pack with all sorts of information in it.

I wonder if anyone has gotten anything from the Uni of Warwick yet? I'm still waiting for my AS12 letter which is taking ages to arrive. I'm scared that it might have gotten lost in the post! I live all the way in Brunei and post from the UK takes ages to get here!

I doubt it will get lost though. Don't worry, the university will get it. Tell the university that it takes a long time to arrive, as you are living overseas. They might hold your place until the AS12 reply slip arrives.

Over here, I think the day we send the AS12 reply slip, the university gets it 2-3 days time.

more likely 14 days after you received your letter, surely? Especially for internationals, I got my results in March, but UCAS only updated to 'Accepted' on thursday, not got the letter yet... :p:

Erm, what is AS12 slip? :/ I sent my results to them more than a week ago and have heard nothing. Also for some reason my insurance has put me as unconditional but not my firm even without me sending nottingham anything... weird

AS12 slip is a reply slip that you send to the university for a final confirmation that you will be attending the university.
Mines been delayed because of a completly screwed up AS12C letter I recieved. The bit at the top had all the UEA codes and G400 which is the course there; directly delow that in big letters is 'Institution E70 Essex will accept you for course G4G7'

Then theres a slip on the bottom talking about my UEA (firm) offer, asking me if i accept the changes, or would like to go to my insurance (Essex), or would like to withdraw completly. Propper confusing! So I just replied on Track, which was much less confusing. On friday afternoon the status chanaged to 'Accepted' for my UEA offer, and they have confirmed over the phone.

Hopefully the AS12 will arrive early this week.
when we've sent of the AS12 slip....will we get an indication from the unis that they've recieved the slip (ie in the form of a confirmation letter) ?
