Best arty job for career?
I.e from politics, history english lit, etc, which is the best for getting a job, or does it not make any difference?

I'd call those type subjects more humanities than "arty". I should think that these days, it doesn't matter what degree you do as long as you do well. Many jobs are non-degree related.
