If i do a history degree from a top 10 uni, will it be relatively easy to get onto a 1 year law course, and career wise will i not be disvatanged in not haviong the full law degree?

    1) You should have no problem if you have a good degree classification. Bear in mind that it's quite pricey though - but some law firms do sponsor students - it can be considerably hard to get a training contract/sponsorship though.
    2) Ultimately depends how well you do on the LCC I guess - bear in mind it's a whole lot of work to squeeze into one year, so may be considerably more difficult than doing the LLB over 3 years.
