Are British girls also attracted to Asian guys?

Hi,

I am an international student, hoping to be in UK for the next four years or more for my higher studies. I was just wondering how the UK girls think about Asian guys. :biggrin:

I'm not actually concerned about making any serious relationship. I just love making new friends and hanging out with my buddies. In my country, most of my friends are girls. Besides that, in college I usually found the younger girls approaching me (to begin a friendship, to flirt, or out of crush) though this should be the other way round (this is true, i'm not showing off!). I have dated beautiful asian girls quite a few times, but I never fell in love with anyone yet.

Do you think I can get the same attention from British girls or from Asian girls living in UK?

Are British chicks friendly with Asian guys?

yeah ive one of my guy friends is asian (mauritian)...i dont think its a big deal, at thew end of the day its really down to whether the two ppl click or not.

Why wouldn't they be?

Just try getting to know girls like anyone else. It depends on the girl.
If they're the sort who see colour as a relationship breaker, they're not worth your time!

Yeh I agree with Dave and Scarlet - any girl who sees race as a relationship breaker isn't worth your time!

Most British girls like tans anyway - so dark skin is good :p:

(although I prefer pale skin probably cus I'm Chinese so my skin colour is a natural tan anyway)

some indian guys are very hot i think (i was just looking at one today in brent cross.... his dress sense was laughable, but he was yummy).... but that may be cos i'm half indian. I think Hrithik Roshan (when he doesnt look gay) is DIVINE!!!

Considering that only 2/3 of London's population is White, I find this thread a bit pointless. If you don't pull British girls, blame cultural differences. Why wouldn't a British girl whose parents are Bangladeshi not be attracted to you?

Well... I asked "Do you think I can get the same attention from British girls or from Asian girls living in UK?". So, by saying 'British girl' I meant those who're completely British (esp the White ones). Yeah, I know about British girls with Bangladeshi origin! I often get reponses from them in hi5, faceparty, and msn :smile:

. However, I'm gonna study in Plymouth (not in London) and I dont know whether there's a large asian community living there. This thread is not pointless as I want to find out how the British and Asian (non-Bangladeshi) girls living in UK consider Asian (mainly Bangladeshi) guys.

In my country, my complexion is considered as very fair. On the other hand, if you compare me with a British (white) guy then I'm not so fair. By seeing my pic from my profile (in TSR), how do you consider my complexion? - Fair, Tan, or dark?

Yeah... by saying 'non-slanting eyes' I meant guys whose eyes are not slanting like Chinese. Asians are usually considered to have slanting eyes, but Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi people hardly have slanting eyes and so I'm one of them. :cool:

race shouldnt be a barrier.. religion too but occasionally, it has to be.
