and me!i had said that i wouldnt eat much any more and already today ive eaten, a sandwich,packet of crisps and dinner! i feel so stuffed as well , but ah well i might just start it again!

I make them all the the time and I never stick to them. For instance, when I have an essay due in say... on Jan 15th, I promise myself that I will start it on Jan 10th. Two weeks go by and when the 15th comes along, I can't be bothered. I then promise to do it on Jan 12th (which gives me 2 extra days to do what I want. Them days go by and I do the same thing over and over, until I miss the deadline.

I'm always making promises and most the time, they cause more problems than they solve.

Yep, broken mine as well, I think that there is just something about New Years Day that automatically makes people break their resolutions...oh and the day after that..and the day after that...
