has anyone had a higher offer than AAA?

Mine was AAAa, with the 4th A in AS-level further maths. Shame as I already have an A in AS-level economics, but they specified further maths...

I'm on a C at the moment, resitting in about a fortnight.

Yes, I know someone who was taking four A2 subjects and was asked for AAAA, at Oxford. If you look at the profiles at http://oa.waveflex.com/ people say what grades they were asked for, I don't think it's that uncommon to be asked for more than 3 As.

Mine is AAB + 1,1 in STEP 2,3 which I consider a LOT harder than AAA.

Agreed - in fact the a-levels are of no concern to me. Getting good grades in STEP is a lot harder than a-levels which are very straight forward

We are both doing Biology and Chemistry AEAs, and it can be from either.

They wouldn't give you the offer if they didn't think you could make it, on the plus side! Good luck to you both
