i love it! unfortunality it doesn't happen that often, cause most of my friends prefer going to the pub and sit down and have a chat. that is also fun but i don't want to just sit down and listen to the music i want to move with it.

I dance like a drunken monkey, but it's all about confidence. If people think you're funny then it all just kinda works.

From a girl's perspective, I've never looked around and thought "ooh he's a bad dancer", as I know that most boys are a little uncoordinated and most of them don't like dancing anyway. The ones I laugh at are those who try really hard to imitate Justin Timberlake with no irony. There is only one JT, and even he looks a bit silly at times!

But to answer the question, I quite like dancing. I like it better the more I drink, as I feel a little self-concious to start off with!

    dancing is FANTASTIC!!!

It lets you go mad, you can drink if you wish, you can socialise, you can release a bad day into the night as you forget all about it and most of all...YOU CAN HAVE FUN!!!

oh yea...its also a good way to break the ice like on a first date or summin

I love dancing! The 'cheese rooms' at clubs are an especially good place to show off your 'talent' :p:

Oh God! I remember those rooms at a couple of clubs I used to go to! Terrible terrible times.

I cannot dance, I should never think I can, and no matter how drunk I was, I should never have attempted it!

It's not even fun to watch other people dancing. The bad ones are painful rather than funny and the good ones just remind you that you really can't do it

A girlfriend once attempted to teach me to dance (romantic dancing that is, not big fish little fish cardboard box) but I was so much taller than her it just didn't work. I've just written dancing off as one of the things I'll never do... and I'm quite happy with that!

    Alright people,

Dancing. You either love it or you hate it right? I hate it. When I go clubbin or whatever and dance I get really embarrassed!
sounds like you're not pissed enough

As a dancer I love dancing. More often than not I'm first on the dance floor with a poor friend of mine thats trying to keep up . While I'm dancing away thay are usually trying to keep their face hidden cause they get all shy when dancing  .Dancing is really an act. You could be the worse dancer ever but if you act like you know what you are doing you'll look like you do and seem confident while doing it. Just let go and/or have a few to drink so you don't feel so self consious any more . A little dutch courage never hurt and works a treat  .

i HATE it. i just can't do it. i like it when i'm a bit trousered, but that's because when i'm a bit trousered the little shame that i have goes flying out of the window, but i still can't do it.

I love dancing!! Maybe because its just an extension of flirting which i also love.

I have never been out with a good dancer, which sucks tho. Good dancers are attractive but only if they are half decent to begin with!

But curse upon that Gasolina song! I HATE IT!!

If you are pretty much sober on the dance floor, you just think, hmmm, they look stupid, I feel stupid, this music is *****.

But when you've had a few, you just can't wait for the breakdown of 'Call on Me' to really go full steam.

Just a way of getting close to girls (or boys) in a dark euphoric environment where you don't need to be too self-conscious.

Im a big fan of going out to the pub, having a few drinks with friends and then going to a bar for a bit of a dance to some 80s cheese, or even some trance music. Not an especially good dancer, but have enough rhythm to get by.

It doesn't matter if you really dance or not. Get on teh dance floor, put a big grin on your face and go nuts.
put a weird look on your face as though you are taking the piss whilst doing barmy dance moves (i personally like the 'lawnmower', the 'dual pistols' the 'body press' and the 'gym routine')
Hahaha, sounds like me when i'm dancing.
Not tried the dual pistols before though, might give em a go

Personally I like 'digging the garden' 'dealing cards' and 'onepotato - twopotato' and maybe a few 'saturday night - wigfield' style moves. No-one cares what you do really, I don't pay attention to what anyone else does when i'm out, unless they're my friends.

Btw quick question: How do you dance to "Shot Me Down" by the Audiobullys. You can only dance the chorus!
Last time it came on, I grabbed the nearest female and did a Tango slow-walk, lol... IMPROVISE!
