I’m about to go into my A2 Levels and will need BBB in order to meet the requirements for the Queen’s University of Belfast. I noticed that it said they will also accept BBC + B (AS Level).

Does this mean that if I get BBC at A2 they will then accept me because I got an A in AS?

I’m just looking for some clarification on this to put my mind at ease. I took three A2 levels and am carrying them onto A2. If you need any further information then please feel free to ask. This is something that’s been worrying me for a while now. It would be truly appreciated if someone could help.

Did you only take 3 AS's? If so, then no, they won't accept you, your B at AS level will have to be in a subject that you didn't take to A2

Pentatonic - if you only took 3 AS Levels and are carrying them on as A2 levels, then you'll most likely need to take an AS level this year to meet the uni's requirements

Thanks very much for the quick replies, guys!

That certainly clears it up. I guess that means my choice is to simply continue my three A Levels and then attempt to score BBB. Otherwise I could take up a new AS Level and then try to score B in that while aiming for BBC in my A2 Levels. I think the former would be more manageable.

    Thanks again for the help.
