WAHOO!!! lots of Cripps people!

Charlie Brown.. Im doing Geography BA, but i did Class Civ at A level and it was my highest mark, sometimes i wish i was doing it at uni but i think its gotta be geogers for me! But i love that ol' ancient greek/roman scene haha.

I read somewhere that we have the biggest rooms on campus which is wicked! Im in a Private shared bathroom room, so fingers crossed the person in the other room is nice!

Any of you guys gona be trying out for the halls sports teams? x

Hehe I didn't do class civ A level so it's gonna be all new to me  Did latin GCSE though and it was my fav. History was my best A level so hopefully I'll be ok.
Sadly when I applied they only had single studies left in uni park but that's fine by me. Do you know if we have sinks in our rooms though? Just will save time spent waiting outside the bathroom in the mornings. And do girls and guys share the bathroom?
Lol Cripps would not want me on any sports team hehe! I go to the gym but have not done any sports since I left school so very out of practice.

I don't know anything about the halls. Any knowledge I do have has been gained from this fine forum. That said, I want into Cripps.

I'm not really sure how all the sports stuff is done, but I'll be up for playing some inter-hall football.

Ah class civ is awesome.....some people might say its boring and geeky but i really really loved it..its so interesting and not geeky at all! JEALOUS! wish you could do geog and class civ joint..lol.

Mmm im really hoping we can get a good Cripps Lacrosse team together..that would be awesome. I heard (as i am always "hearing things"..) that Cripps are generally very good at sports. wahooooo. Im also well up for starting a Cripps rugby side line supporters club, if our boys are hot! hehe.. x

Wow! You play lacrosse? I always think of it as an imaginary sport from Enid Blyton, lol... that's so cool

I'm sure the university will cater for the full range of abilities. If you want to get in the team you will have to trial, but you can train with the club regardless  (Not sure about specific hall's though).

Do you know how many optional modules we get per year?

(or does it vary between degrees? )
