I really don't think those questions matter. I suggest you tell your teacher to read the book and understand what it's actually about. Noone cares what precise time holden met sally. The amazing thing about cathcher is that it speaks to you as if it were written specifically for you and that it is still so relvenat and truthful -more than forty years after its publication.
