You could have found the answers more easily and much more quickly by simply opening up the book.

But it doesn't matter! You will never need to know what time he met her at, nor will it serve any purpose to remember what he had to drink. What kind of an exam is this?

I really don't think those questions matter. I suggest you tell your teacher to read the book and understand what it's actually about. Noone cares what precise time holden met sally. The amazing thing about cathcher is that it speaks to you as if it were written specifically for you and that it is still so relvenat and truthful -more than forty years after its publication.
