I applied for MSc Information Technology at Queen Mary and MSc Computer Science at UCL and just got an offer from both of them. Both courses are "Conversion courses", i.e. for people from non-computing backgrounds (like me).

Can anybody rate these courses for quality or does anyone actually know anyone on the course?

    Any idea is appreciated. Thanks.

I would personally say UCL. Has a better reputation and is often regarded harder to get into and you have to be up there with some of the "elite".

But saying this, many places have a few "elite" people-the place you go to doesn't mean your better than someone else.
