not really much, drink plenty it will flush the bad stuff out. Try and eat light stuff if your being sick, such as crackers maybe dry toast.

Try drinking some peppermint tea. Should help combat the nausea.

Hope you feel better soon

Just drink lots of fluids I suppose. I feel for you, food poisoning is horrible! Get well soon.

Reply 4

Keep yourself hydrated and rest for a couple of days and it'll go away.

Yep, lots of fluids and nothing with a strong taste. Don't eat anything spicy for a while - keep to plain stuff like rice, potato, toast. I don't think you should drink milk either, but I could be wrong.

I think I have mild food poisoning after eating a rather suspect chicken kebab last night. Is there anything that I can do to reduce the effects? I'm experiencing headaches, nausea, temperatures and some slightly smellier symptoms.

i'd relish the opportunity to loose some of my weight.

so.. i'd puke for couple of hours...hehe

If you think you have food poisoning then drink lots of stuff like lucozade. Not water. Lucozade will hydrate you and replenish and salts much more than water alone. if the diarrheoa persists for more than a week or so go to the doctor.
If it is food poisoning try eating. If you start barfing then perhaps it is.

However, more likely is alcohol...
after all who would eat a suspect kebab sober...

Nay - I'm afraid I did eat it sober. There was nothing in the fridge, it was raining and the kebab shop was the first place I came to.
