Ermmm *thinks*. The only non-boing-boing-boing thing I can remember is where you twist and turn around in mid air and land. Just google it.

Make it up as you go along! If you fall off and kill yourself then don't do it again!

Or you can do star jumps, twist from your waist and things like that.

Bounce up and touch your toes in the air.

Cushions around the trampette are highly useful as well. :s:

Hmm, while on the subject - I have a really big trampoline in my garden. I'm going to try and get fit, can't afford the gym, hate competitive sports and can't stand running. Is bouncing as good as running for cardio exercise?
