...I am absolutely dead. Just running up and down my long hallway at a fast jog and it killed me. I never run but really want to start. Any tips on how to start properly, speed I should run, how often etc.?
Distance running and Weight-lifting are the two things you can always progress in, no matter what your condition or what you were born with. That's what my athletics coach used to tell me to motivate me for middle-distance running (it was pretty useless because I was a crap athlete). Whether you decide to completely knacker yourself, or take it easy, you will ALWAYS progress. What any coach will tell you though, is running regularly for short sessions will always be more beneficial than long runs only from time to time.

Joggers high is just an expression about the release of endorphins exercise gives you, its not just joggers that get it, any time you set out to do a session of exercise and complete it to plan you will get an endorphin release, the same chemical thats released when you eat a bit of chocolate..or ejaculate. Obviously in different quantities tho!
