Trust me... It's not worth the money. The floors are horrible so you slip everywhere and the friers will spit at you... *shudders* It's horrible!

lol, what did you expect from a chippy! buy yeah you are right, I worked in one for a year on deliveries 6PM till 1AM and hated every minute of it, and what made it worse was getting up for school the next day, trust me, Ill never go back!

And getting your hand stuck in a fryer when the extraction vent drops outta the ceiling and smacks down on you is SO not fun.

Been there.....done that.....got the scars and compensation!

Theres quite a few teenage girls who work at my local chippy; none of them have greasy hair, and none of them have spots. Its a job at the end of the day, and only the same as working in a restaurant/pub kitchen- you will always smell of food when you finish work.
