Winkworth house?

Not actually got my offer through yet (took a bit to confirm my results as my school didn't aggregate them) but as there seem to be a few more current Bristol students on the boards now I was just wondering if any of you knew much about Winkworth that isn't said in the alt prospectus? You get a fair bit of info but for instance, I don't know whether we can leave our stuff there over the holidays etc.

Also is anyone going to do / currently doing aerospace? Still not seen anyone doing it :s-smilie:

you can leave stuff at winkworth over the holidays, the student houses office are slower than some of the halls at sending out offers so dont panic yet!

i know some ppl doing aerospace! hey you will do part of my course in your first year hehe (computer science) as you have to learn some programming :smile:

I remember all the aerospace ppl not liking that last year hehehe

I can do a bit of programming and a little java and html but nothing special so i'll probably be like the others!

Glad you've not heard anything yet either - I got back from holiday, rampaged through the post and was terrified to find no accomodation details! Come on student house people, get a move on...

I did, however, find the reading list for French. :mad:

Yeah looking at the accomodation poll, no one has got offers from student houses through yet, one person does from Northwell house but they were actually living there last year. Good luck to you too :smile:

Got my stuff through today, finally! The uni welcome pack came aswell, didn't get much from my course, just stuff about the engineering societies and stuff. Anyway i'm in room 9D, anyone near me? (Hope that's not on the ground floor so I can get TV reception :smile:
