Anyone else geting this message?:
"Unavailable
Sorry - the application which you have requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

I've emailed them and they asked for my student ID, but nothing has changed...

I had that happen to me before for a few days. I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you manage to collect your username and password. If so try both app/app format as well as first seven letters of your surname in caps and the password you collected (you might have done this by now). Try calling them at +44(0) 20 7955 7160 (option 3), or email via www.lse.ac.uk/admissionsenquiries/. Also, look at this weblink http://www.lse.ac.uk/collections/graduateAdmissions/apply/trackYourApplication.htm. Could be helpful. But dont worry, hopefully you will have this cleared up soon.

how did you find out your username and password?

Are you a postgrad S1712? do undergrads have them yet?

Sign-in with app/app format -> Application Status -> Enter Application ID and D.O.B -> Under 'Current Application Status' and below 'Certificate' I had 'Proposed Fees' and 'LSE Login/Password'. Under 'LSE Login/Password' it says click here for your LSE network log-on. I collected my username (first 7 letters of your surname in caps) and password. I later changed my password. Check this link https://lfylive.lse.ac.uk/lfy/tc/forwardrequest.html?url=http://oraserv.lse.ac.uk/html/applicants/LFYPasswordtroubleshooting.html

Yes, I am a postgrad.

Good  You can now access your emails by clicking 'IT Services OUTLOOK Web Access' logo, enter your username and password. link: https://exchange.lse.ac.uk/intro.htm

Also, remember to change your password.
I'm an undergraduate and still can't log on to the LSE for you system with neither app/app nor collector/collector "start-login". I get to the next page to enter my student number and birth date, but then I can't proceed. Is this normal or should I already be able to do so? thanks!

I think it might still be a post-grad thing. Anyone?
Reply 12
Yes, I think it's a postgrad thing...

this is for those fortunate few with lse web access already.... is it just my connection or is the lse web mail terribly slow? also, have any of you been able to actually send a mail from your lse accounts yet without it bouncing back?
Reply 14
I wasn't able to send stuff the first time I logged in, but could a couple of days later.
Reply 15
