Feet and shoe help

This is more about the health of my poor toes, than fashion i guess.

I brought some new shoes, i can walk around in them in the house and there fine. But as soon as i do any serious walking, about more than 10 mins outside. My feet get warm and my socks slide my toes into the front of my shoes.

I think i need some sort of insole that grips onto my feet and stops them moving forward because both my socks and shoes are quite slippery. Ive heard this is a common problem when your wearing high ish heels. I thought about trying party feet, but i dont know if they will solve my problem.

Anyone have a solution?

Velcro? :p:

Heel grips are great, but they're more for if your feet don't fit the back of your shoe properly. Get someone to see if there's a gap when you stand up.

Or an insole (full or half) might help.

The best thing to do is go to a shoe shop like Stead and Simpson with your shoes and ask them. Or take your shoes back to the shop you got them from and ask their advice.

party feet work brilliantly for that, because they are sticky your foot stays in the proper place at the back of the shoe. get them from boots or there is a dasco version

yes party feet are excellent theres a superdrug cheapo version and I think boots do their own version too.

Am I the only person in the whole world that find party feet awful and make your feet hurt?

Why don't you just buy some comfortablee shoes. Contorted limbs are very rarely sexy.

i found out my sister has some party feet. They solve my problems my feet dont move, however it took 5 mins of putting my feet in and out to not get a crease or it misplaced and even then i wasnt sure if i was comfy. Im gonna look into some full gel insoles.
