nervous rash/ blotchy neck

well my friend gets this nervous rash thing, which makes her neck all blotchy, she is always moaning that no one else gets it and is always complaining etc... so does anyone else get it, you or someone you know??

My mum does, there is a picture of her when she was a bridesmaid with it. She seemingly wasnt as nervous at her own wedding, as no rash then! Also I have a friend who gets it, similar to when someone blushes.
