mmm, creatine. i havent ever been on it long enough to pass much judgement, but it made me stronger and filled me with water a bit. if we had CEE at american prices here, i'd be using it constantly. at the moment monohydrate is too much of an expense for a 16 year old guy like me, so meh.

I find it depends what type and brand of creatine - ive tried loads but recently tried metax creatine - the stuff is good man.

Cyclone from maximusle, you kno the one with everything (protein,creatine,glutamine,HMB, etc) Used it for a month, and beleive me it works. Would continue, but didnt want to re-mortgage the house! lol

99% of ppl wud be better eating more than wasting their money on supplements like creatine. although i have never used it, if you ask me it is a waste of money.
At the end of the day anything that gives you decent gains would be illegal anyway.

No it isnt a waste of money ... how can u just say that without even trying it? I lift some heavy poundage as a powerlifter and believe me that stuff works a treat.

creatine is ok.proteins are better. You cant take creatine constantly. At the moment I m trying not to take it for 3 weeks.(1 week left). Then resume to small quantities.

dunno what i m chatting about, but creatine is different to a whey protein,because they taste and look differently. I have both and I know what I am talking about. Creatine is just one of the protein types but I still prefer protein, because you cant take creatine constantly and you have to take it wih water without flavour. tastes bad.

Creatine is not a type of whey protein - ur supposed or can take both - both aid building muscl and strength - creatine is produced naturally in the body. And yes they do look and taste completely different - cuz theyre 2 completely different products.
