I got into Wills hall!

I'm going to do both. Start of at Wills... if things go well, stay, if they don't: join the pub crawl. Wanna join me? I'll probably end up staying at Wills, tbh. I really want to meet lots of people from other halls, tho, like HB, Badock etc. We all mix, right?

I found this uber-cool school uniform shop!

I'm not going to take much persuading believe me...

I was looking for a black skirt to wear, since my mum gave all my old school uniform to the charity shop (not much loss, believe me) and I saw this shop with loads of sexy school uniform in the window. Not too slutty, just short black pleated skirts, cool tights and stuff, and this very funky short gymslip, which I could never wear because my boobs are too big! Bought a cool pleated skirt though.

Surely white shirt, black bra?

I think drunkeness is the main point of the block parties- can't wait!!!! I don't know which blocks shavenwookie and temilola are in i'm not sure they said. Do you reckon block parties are for the 12 people in one block or for all of the blocks together? The guy in charge of A+B blocks is the economics guy so that'll be handy for you. He's called Manuel so I'm hoping he's spanish and can help me too

You send in an application form with a personal statement and a few preferences i.e. smoking/non-smoking, shared, mixed and a personal statement and your prefered choice of accom. They say it doesn't matter when you get your form in, as long as its before the deadline, but I did get mine in early anyway and I got a place. Someone was really forward and asked for an old quad room in the P.S. and got it

I would just try to write and interesting statement try to make sure the preferences match where you want to go and hope for the best.

Sorry having an uber blonde day, not the personal statement i'm writing now...I'm gathering this is if I get offered a place? Then you write a PS stating your requirements?! (Golly, I could be begging for help from the old-quadders later on if I'm lucky!)

And old quad is no en suite? Shared bathrooms (as in 2 people or 12?) haven't been to Bristol yet (I went to Nottingham not realising the open days were on the same day!)

O, best ways to improve your application to Wills:
1) go and look round, send a thank you email to the halls sectrary after she shows you round
2) write a letter to the warden saying how much you enjoyed your tour and how you love wills and so on
