I`ve been given a grass skirt by a friend. Unsure if i`ll wear it.
BUMP

I have just made an awesome purchase... (actually, my boss bought it for me!) :p:

I have been wondering what to get drinks-wise to take to Wills for the first few nights. My boss solved the dilemma by getting me some Bulgarian absinthe, rated at 72.5%! It even contains the wormwood essence (it's supposed to have hallucinogenic properties). This stuff is so cool - it comes in the original green colour, in a frosted glass bottle. Van Gogh used to drink it. Now I'm going to.

As well as this, my parents just returned from Madeira and were kind enough to bring me back a bottle of local rum. It's gonna be a long, long week for Old Quad A-blockers...

Here is a link to my bottle: http://www.drinkfinder.co.uk/showdetails.asp?id=2182

I've found it hard to drink strong spirits since I passed out after losing a drinking game involving large quantities of white rum. :frown:

If its good enough for Van Gogh, it should def be good enough for Wills A-Block, i'll see you in Freshers Week Clarkey, you can offer me a bit to 'sample'
Not a problem, Nellie. The great thing about absinthe is that it doesn't have a particularly strong taste... not compared to, say, vodka. You have it neat, and only 1/2 shots. It tastes (and smells) of aniseed. I cannot wait to 'crack it open', and everyone is welcome to sample it.

Can't believe we're actually going soon  I guess I'll see you all tomorrow!

Well. Were here. Very funky it is too.
Hey!

It's cool, isn't it? Seem to have met most of TSR now :p:

Have been drinking absinthe and some obscure Italian drink, to some funky jazz music, with a few of the chaps in A... excellent. We're going to go down the bar in a few minutes. Chewie... if you're in your room, fancy coming down to the bar for a few?

Yea, that would be cool! Opps... 12 hours late... Nevermind.
Why was breakfast so early?! My head...

So how was everyone's night?
Hehe. I just woke up  I wasn't all that drunk last night - but tipsy enough! Nellie advised us a late-night pizza takeaway hehe It was nice.

I'm off to lunch!

Don't hangovers usually get better as the day goes on?

I'm gonna go back to bed soon I think. Lunch was nice.

For some reason Messenger wont let me sign in anymore, despite it working perfectly well for ten minutes and it saying that it should work...
Yeah... "light lunch" my arse :p: Nice bit of roastage.

It's so weird chatting to people now that I've met some of you in the flesh!

It was also quite amusing seeing what a state you looked in lunch

A good night by the looks of it.
Yeah... was pretty cool. Are you going down to watch the Chelsea vs. Liverpool match at four?
